PAYMENT OPTIONS
a La Mode Designs currently accepts payment via PayPal. With PayPal you can use credit cards, debit cards, or funds from your own bank account for transactions. *You don't even need a PayPal account. PayPal is totally secure and a trusted method of payment on the web.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. *WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME* Most in-stock orders placed before 5:00PM Pacific Time will ship in 1 - 2 business days (except holidays). Please refer to our shipping schedule for more detailed information on available shipping options. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation along with a tracking number.
GIFT ORDERS
We offer a lovely gift wrap option for a small fee. Simply add it to your order via the navigation bar on the left under "Add Gift Wrap?". You can always add a gift message during check out even if you do not choose the gift wrap option. We do not include an invoice or prices along with gift orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the unusual case that you find an item not up to your quality expectations or are otherwise not completely happy with your purchase, please return or exchange the unused item(s) by following the instructions below.
All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for any return or exchange. Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted without an RA# *NO EXCEPTIONS
Item(s) must be received in original condition (unworn/unused) and with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items not received within the specified time and/or condition.
The Return/Exchange voucher that was included with your order should be included along with the unwanted item(s) indicating if you would prefer a refund or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt of the returned item(s) and issued to the account used for purchase.
If you would like to make an exchange please indicate which item(s) you would prefer on the return/exchange form included with your order. Once we receive the item(s) to be exchanged, we will ship your new items(s) out within 5 business days.
Original and/or return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. However, if you decide to exchange your item(s), we will pay to ship your new item(s) to you.
*We are not responsible for lost or damaged item(s) by USPS or UPS during return shipping. We recommend that you request a tracking number and/or insurance.
Sale items are non-refundable/non-returnable.
